The brief

Name the topic. Get the sites.

One topic is enough. You get the sites that take guest posts, a contact for each where one can be found, and an email you can write in a click.

Say what you write about

The subject you want to write about. A few words works best. Several words are searched as one phrase.

Try

The most you want back. A run can return fewer when a topic is narrow. More sites cost the same.

What you get

A list you canwork through.

  1. 01

    Pages that invite guest posts

About a dozen searches look for write for us, contributor and submission pages on your topic. Job ads are filtered out and each site appears once, with its best page.

  2. 02

    A contact, where one exists

Each site is read for an email address. If the page has none, its contact page is checked once, and a link to it is kept. Some sites hide their details, and those say so.

  3. 03

    A status for every pitch

Mark each site as to outreach, contacted, accepted, declined or not interested, and filter your list by it. Changes in your library are saved as you make them.

  4. 04

    An email in your voice

Tell it who you are once. It writes a short pitch for each site, with a subject line, which you can edit, copy or open in your mail app.

  5. 05

    Yours to keep

Save a run to your library, grouped by search, or export it as a CSV for a spreadsheet or your CRM.

  6. 06

    Charged only for results

A run costs the same whether it returns five sites or thirty, and nothing if none turn up. Reading contacts and writing emails use no extra credits.
